"By having students in grades 7-12 return on Dec. 7, we are hoping that we will see a decrease in the possible spread of COVID prior to them returning," EACS said in a release.
All teachers and staff will continue to report to work and will be available for assistance with the virtual option for 7 – 12 as well as in-person instruction for EACS elementary schools.
EACS leaders say they will continue to work in partnership with the Allen County Department of Health as we monitor the community spread.
At this time extra-curricular activities will continue as planned with COVID-19 safety measures in place.
Elementary students in grades Pre K – 6 will continue in-person learning at this time.
