The AWS Foundation partnered with Citilink to offer free fares to passengers on Election Day for the past several years.
With this partnership, Citilink says riders are encouraged to have their voices heard by exercising their right to vote.
They say all trips will be fare-free on Tuesday, Nov. 3 as they hope to make voting as easy as possible for Fort Wayne residents.
“Public transportation is an essential service for many in our community and Citilink is proud to encourage residents to get out and vote by offering free fares,” says Sherese Fortriede with Citilink.
For more information on voting locations and where you should vote, visit the Allen County Election Board's website.
