HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WFFT) -- The Holly Sale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center draws support from all across Huntington County.
The extension of Parkview Huntington got a $50,000 surprise from Bippus State Bank to help develop its pediatric programs.
Chairman and CEO of Bippus State Bank, Ryan Warner, says, "when they were planning this expansion, we wanted to be apart as a community bank."
The renovated recovery hub broke ground for expansion in 2017 and fully opened in April 2019.
With contributions like those from Bippus State Bank and more community partners, the wellness center has developed internally, with more positions open for local staff and advanced therapy programs for children in need.
Mike Perkins, Director of Parkview Huntington Foundation says, "I believe that people understand very well what this means to our community and to our area."
