FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Health officials announced that 40 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19 in Allen County, bringing the total to 3,490 as of Thursday.
The Allen County Department of Health reported two new deaths Thursday, increasing the total to 157 for the county.

Officials say testing for COVID-19 is now available by request statewide at Optum testing sites.
In Allen County, the Indiana State Department of Health's OptumServe COVID-19 testing clinic is located at New Covenant Worship Center, 3420 E. Paulding Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816.
Testing is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Testing is for anyone living or working in Indiana by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance online or by phone at 888-634-1116.
Officials said no COVID-19 symptoms or pre-existing conditions are required for testing.
