FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum Ticket Office will reopen to the public on Friday, May 1.
Ticket office regular hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Coliseum officials say guests who are still holding tickets for canceled Komets games or NCAA basketball events can return their tickets, for a full refund.
Only tickets that were originally purchased at the Ticket Office should be returned.
Tickets that were purchased via Ticketmaster.com or the TM mobile app have already been refunded to the original payment method.
Guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled Lynyrd Skynyrd concert on Sept. 18 may return tickets that were originally purchased at the Coliseum Ticket Office, for a full refund.
Guests who purchased their tickets via Ticketmaster.com or the TM mobile app may request a refund via the original purchase method.
Refunds for this concert are part of Live Nation Entertainment’s recently unveiled Ticket Relief Plan, and will only be available May 1 through May 30.

Guests visiting the ticket office are asked to enter the lobby through left side glass doors and will exit through doors on the opposite side of the lobby.
Signs will direct guests outside the building.
Inside the lobby, a queue line will be set up to aid in social distancing for guests waiting to be served.
Hand sanitizer stations will be provided inside the lobby.
Guests are encouraged to follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and wear a cloth face covering while in public places.
