FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT)- Subaru of Fort Wayne showed off more than cars at the dealership this weekend with their 3rd annual    Howl -O- Ween event.

People dressed their pets in costume to trick-or-treat at the dealership.

Prizes were awarded for categories like best trick and best costume.

The Subaru dealership said they make it a priority to support the local animal shelters, and try to make it fun for the whole family, especially the pets.

"This is probably the biggest dog event that we do all year long that is more of a community outreach just to say ‘Come on let's have some fun with the dogs today’, and just raise awareness about the Allen County SPCA," Manager Dave Moser said.

This year's winner for the costume and tricks contest was dressed up as a cave puppy.
