Authorities said that a farmer hauling an empty manure spreader behind a FASTRAC tractor was going down a hill at a fast speed.

Because of that, they said the driver lost control and ran into a large tree.

The driver of the tractor was ejected from the tractor.

Andrews Fire Chief Tom Wuensch says the person injured during the crash was flown to a Fort Wayne Hospital via helicopter.

Fire Chief Wuensch says he was pretty beat up, but believes he's going to be alright.
